Location INFO

• The event is held in downtown Champaign with ease of parking, walking to other area venues.

• The Hyatt Place (home of our partner Punch! and across the street from the event) has vendor room rate.

• The VIP event will be held on the 3rd Floor of the One Main building (above Big Grove, where it was held last year).

• The Gala event MAY be held in the same location, but we are confirming that.

Vendor INFO

• As always, we waive table fees in place of samples provided by vendor/distilleries.

• Table will have Linen, Tasting Cups, and Water. You are free to decorate your table with whatever items you want to bring.

• We are able to sell retail on the day of the event, so please note any items you would like to offer at retail.

• We may have the ability for AV access with advance request.

• We encourage cocktail samples in addition to straight pours.

• Pouring at VIP is not guaranteed. The CWF team decides who pours at VIP Night based on your commitment to bringing rare, allocated, new, or otherwise special items. We strongly encourage you treat the VIP as a special night. You’re able to request to pour VIP in the form below.

• Vendors are free to schedule other events during the week leading up to Champaign Whiskey Fest. We only ask that you don’t schedule anything during VIP night or Gala, since you’re pouring at our event! You also must let us know the date/time/location of other events so we can promote it! Please keep it to Downtown Champaign if you can, but the local Champaign/Urbana/Savoy area is fine.

Guest INFO

• Guests will have a guidebook highlighting pours and retail availability.

• Guests will be given a swag bag during the Gala event. If you would like to provide swag for the bags, please feel free to contact us.

• We sold over 250 tickets last year between VIP and Gala. We have already gotten half of those sold within the first 2 weeks of being on sale.
  

The vendor commitment cut-off date is September 15th.

We will not be adding vendors after that time, no exceptions.
